Qualified entrants include registered attendees of GDC 2010 who submitted their business cards at the Accredited Language Services display at the IGDA booth. Limit one entry per person.
On or about noon EST March 16, 2010, one business card will be drawn randomly, and the name will be announced on this page and on Twitter. That person will have 24 hours from the time of the announcement to contact Accredited Language Services to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, another business card will be drawn the following day. That person will then have 24 hours to claim the prize. This will continue until the prize is awarded.
Accredited Language Services reserves the right to ask winners to verify their identities before the prize is delivered. The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. No substitution of the prize is allowed.
In no event will Accredited Language Services be responsible for any fees or costs associated with your receiving or using the prize. The winner is responsible for all taxes relating to the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner holds harmless Accredited Language Services from any and all responsibility, damages, penalties, costs, liabilities and losses of any kind relating to the receipt, acceptance or use of the prize.
By entering the contest, entrants agree to allow Accredited Language Services to periodically send them emails regarding news and services. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Accredited Language will never rent, sell or share your email address or other personal information.
Accredited Language reserves the right to refuse the awarding of the prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest rules, fraud, misrepresentation or counterfeit, ineligible or altered identification. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use by Accredited Language Services of his/her name, title, company, city, state and comments made in conjunction with this contest for promotional purposes without compensation.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Accredited Language Services will be the final arbitrator with regard to questions about the contest. Accredited Language Services reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the giveaway at any time.
